The Hulunbuir Grassland Morgele River Scenic Area, also known as the Morgele River Scenic Area, is located in Chenbaerhu Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total area of the scenic area is 51.42 square kilometers.
The Morgele River Scenic Area is located in the hinterland of the Hulunbuir Grassland, and is the most important, typical, and representative grassland area of the Hulunbuir Grassland. The scenic area is positioned as “ecological grassland, grassland ecology” and will showcase the changes and development of ecological civilization concepts in nomadic culture for thousands of years, the customs and traditions of various ethnic groups rooted deep in the Hulunbuir Grassland, and the historical context of the integration and development of grassland culture and Central Plains culture.
The Hulunbuir Grassland Morgele River Scenic Area is located in the core hinterland of China’s most beautiful grassland, the Hulunbuir Grassland. With the most beautiful section of the Morgele River, known as the “best meandering water in the world,” as its core landscape, it combines folk cultural resources and fields represented by primitive grassland nomadic production and lifestyle. The scenic area covers an area of 51.42 square kilometers and is known as a remnant of Chinese nomadic culture and the most beautiful grassland in the world.

The curved lines on the gate represent the “Number One Curved Water in the World” Morgele River, and the circle above the sculpture’s arc represents the rising red sun on the grassland. At one end of the arc, a agile horseman drives a Mongolian horse, galloping with his hooves.

阿吉奈”在蒙古语中有“骏马”之意。在草原游牧文化中并不是所有的马都可以被称为“阿吉奈”，只有在草原上最盛大的“那达慕”上夺得冠军的马匹，才能被称为“阿吉奈”，有“驾驭夺冠宝马”的吉祥寓意。
